You choose: on-site or off-site services. Every client is different. I will work in your environment or complete assignments off-site in my own office.

When working on-site, I use your computer system and accounting software. The benefit, of course, is that your data and documents never leave the office. Your bookkeeping work is scheduled at a time that works for you, and we have face-to-face contact if issues or questions arise.

When working off-site, I gather the paperwork and data from you, which is then completed at my office on my computer and software. This system is ideal for small businesses that don’t wish to invest in the hardware and software necessary to run bookkeeping from their company. (If you later decide to purchase computers it would be a simple matter to transfer electronic data to your system.) Off-site bookkeeping is also a good option for companies that can’t dedicate a computer station to this task. My systems are completely compatible with my clients’.

I provide the hard copy documentation for you to keep on-site, as well as a back-up copy of your data in a digital format. Secure back-up information is also kept at my office in case your files are damaged, lost, or stolen.
